DAY 1: ( Fri) Hanoi – Sapa – Cat Cat (Meals:B,L)
6.30 – 7.00: You are picked up at hotel/ stay to go Sapa by Express Bus. Driving 5 hours though new highway Hanoi – Lao and enjoy beautiful scenery on the road.
13.00 am: Arrive Sapa town, welcome local drink & itinerary briefing. Lunch at restaurant.
14.30: Start trekking to Cat Cat village, about 45 minutes’ walk from Sapa, this is the village of Black H’Mong hill tribe. The village is on the slope of the hill and easy walking, rice and corn are grown here.
Visiting Cat Cat village, you will have a chance to visit a big waterfall on the stream and the old Hydro Electric Power Station built by French people. That is the image of young women sitting by looms with colorful pieces of brocade decorated with designs of flowers and birds. When these pieces of brocade are finished, they are dyed and embroidered with beautiful designs. A noteworthy is that H’Mong women use indigo plants and leaves to dye these brocade fabrics. And then they roll around and smooth section of wood covered with wax on fabrics to polish them, making their colors.
Evening: After dinner, you are free to explore the charm of Sapa by night, enjoy roasted corn, baked eggs beside charcoal fire or go shopping. Especially on Saturday night, we highly recommend a stop at the Love Market which is one of unique cultures of ethnic minorities HMong, Dzao in Lao Cai in particular and North West of Vietnam in general. Overnight at hotel in Sapa.
DAY 2: (Sat) Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Sapa (Meals:B,L)
Breakfast at hotel. 8.00 am start visiting Lao Chai - Ta Van Village to understand more about ethnic minority communicate, enjoy imposing mountain scenery, terraced fields, marvelous nature. Visit ancient sacred stones with big - small ones which have many unique images, secret sigh. See bridge which made by rattan like Muong Hoa stream. Picnic lunch on the way. Afternoon continue visit Ta Van Village, enjoy daily of Dzay tribe. Come back Sapa in the late afternoon. Free your leisure visit Sapa town. Overnight at hotel in Sapa
DAY 3: (Sun) Sapa – Bac Ha Market - Hanoi (Meals:B,L)
06h00: Get start early morning to go Bac Ha Market, the most colorful market in the North Vietnam. Here you have change to communicate with H’mong people and enjoy unique kinds of food with special wines made from rice, cassavas, corn and different sorts of fruits such as plumps, apples, peaches... talking to the minorities through the guide's interpretation. Leave market, visit one village and an old building called the H’mong king’s house. (King Hoang A Tuong) built by the French colonists and the Chinese in 1920. Start to go Lao Cai city, lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, take short sleep and take shower before come back Hanoi. 17.00 get in Express Bus to go back Hanoi.
20.00 – 20.30: Arrive Hanoi, you are drop off at hotel. End trips
