1. When do I receive confirmation of my booking from Vietnam MHP Travel? .
The confirmation process depends on your agreement. We will send you the last confirmation with itinerary and payment method as soon as we receive your confirmation.
2. I have not received a reply to my emails .
Some email internet providers can mark general booking emails such as those sent from MHP Travel as "spam" - please check your spam folder for previous email replies. If you have your spam filter set on the highest ranking, only emails from senders in your address box will go into your inbox.
3.Does tours pick up from the airport? .
Most day tours and sightseeing tours we do not pick you up at the airport. but we will offer you the private car to pick you up or drop you off with cheaper price than Airport taxi. We do package tours includes all services.
4.I’d like a customized tour for myself and/or my group .
Vietnam MHP Travel offers a wide range of individual tours, events and attractions, you can customized your own tours then ask us for our advise.
5. Are there discounts for booking more than one tour? .
We would say "yes" we will discount for you if you book more services at Viet Nam MHP Travel
6. I don’t know what date I’m traveling yet, can I book a product and leave it open dated? .
You can book day tours only which is open dated. because prices almost fixed one price. But package tours must be pre booked and travel date fixed. Because it depends on flight tickets and hotels.
7.How far in advance can I book?
You can book tours as soon as possible then you will be discounted for your tours.
8. Can you send me a brochure? .
Yes, we can send you all our tours & activity information as you wish.
9. Can I book tours when I get there? .
We would say " Yes " you can book tours at my office when you arrive. But we would like to advise you pre book before travelling, the price will be cheaper.
10. Does your tours operates on Christmas and Public Holidays? .
Yes, We operate tours everyday, Christmas and Public Holiday.
11. I am travelling in a group – do you cater for groups and/or have a group discount program? .
MHP Travel accepts any size of group. And the price will be discounted if you have more people for us.
12. Do I need a to make Visa in my country or i can get visa on arrival? .
Viet Nam MHP Travel offers visa service as Visa Application letter, you can get Vietnam Visa On Arrival.
13. Can I get dropped off after my tour to my hotel or in the city? .
Yes, We will pick you up and drop you off at your hotel or at the city center. Just inform us before you finish the tour.
14. Are there different times of departure for tours?
If you book private tours, you can depart any times during the day you want, but group tours will be fixed and they use to depart at 8:00 AM.
15.What days does your tours operate? .
We operate tours every day. You can book private tours or cheaper price with group tours.
16.Can I book over the telephone? .
MHP Travel is a complete online booking service and we offer 24 hour, 7 days a week customer service via email to support your booking questions. We will pick you up at your hotel or at meeting points are either listed on the tour itinerary & activity information page, advised at confirmation time with all details.
