Terms and Conditions

Please kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. Once booking online or making reservation over the phone or by email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions and agreed to accept the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party.

These terms and conditions set out below constitute an agreement between you and www.asiaeyestravel.com managed by MHP Travel. If you have any queries, please contact us before you make any booking.

 

Price and Best Price Guarantee

The quoted rates on our website include 10% VAT and 5% service charge, but not the total payment you must pay. Prices excludes bank charge and other services are not mentioned.

We want you to travel Vietnam as well as other destination around the word at the lowest  budget possible. Should you find your cruise cabin, hotel room with the same booking conditions, at a lower rate on the Internet, we will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate.

 

Deposit and Payment

To secure your booking, please send either full payment or a deposit of 20-50% of total cost  required and decided on individual tour basis. This should be done via 1 of 2 options below. (The remained balance you will pay by USD, VND or credit card on your arrival date at our office) 

 

1. Pay Online by Credit Card with ONEPAY

We accept Visa card, Master card and JCB card since MHP Travel Travel is a verified member of OnePay system. Your card information will be protected during the transmission by using security system with OnePay. Your invoice will be created and send you with the guideline to deposit your packages.

Please be advised that there is a surcharge of 3.8% for the bank fee.

 

2. By Bank Transfers

Booking Cofirmation

Once your deposit is received, we will confirm your reservation by email within 24 hours working.

 

Alternatives

Whilst the Company shall do everything reasonably possible to provide the Customer’s tour itinerary as planned, the Company reserves the right to alter itineraries, transport and/or accommodation. In such cases, a one week prior written notification of the alterations shall be made to the Customer by the Company.

 

Cancellation and refund

Cancellation by customer:

        All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to us via email.

  • By making a reservation with us, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of the cruises, hotel and other services.

Cancellation by MHP Travel

  • The contract between the services rendered by MHP Travel may be cancelled by us for reasons related to a situation of force majeure, political, health, natural disaster, plane, etc.. in such cases, customers will be refunded the amount depending to circumstances. If the tour has yet to take place, full refund will be made. If the tour is ongoing, partial refund will be made.
  • No refunds or exchanges can be made while the tour in ongoing and the customer decides to opt out. If you do not use any of the service, no compensation will be given for the unused portion of the tour.

 

Refund of Unused Services

No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the Tour prices but not utilized by the Tour member.

 

Customers with Special Needs

It shall be the Customer’s responsibility to disclose, prior to booking, to the Company any physical or mental condition of a member of his party which may be relevant.

The Company reserves the right to decline to provide the Tour for a person where, in the opinion of the Company, that Tour would be inconsistent with the special needs of that person. No liability shall attach to the Company for the provision of an unsuitable Tour for any person where that person’s special needs have not been disclosed at the time of booking.

 

Special Requests

Special Requests (e.g. ground floor accommodation etc.) shall be communicated by the Customer in writing to the Company at the time of making the booking. The Company shall use reasonable endeavors to fulfill such requests. However, special requests cannot be guaranteed and do not form part of the Contract. No liability shall attach to the Company for failure to comply with a special request. Special requests cannot be processed within X days of departure.

 

Responsibilities

MHP Travel undertakes to provide to the customers for all services mentioned in the quote / contract given by MHP Travel.

During the course of the trip, the customers  must comply with the regulations announced by the guide or by the responsible service provider.

Anything that happens outside the program or contract awarded is not the responsibility of MHP Travel.

MHP Travel is responsible to the customer as an intermediary between the client and various service providers (hotels, transport, boats …).  MHPTravel must in all cases do its best to satisfy the customer, but should not be confused with these various services, which in any event, retain their own responsibility.
