Start the day by stop at Wat Si Muang known as the most popular and venerated temple in Vientiane and also the guardian of the spirit of the city. Stroll around the Buddha Park, a whimsical garden of 200 sculptures ranging from an enormous reclining Buddha to a demon’s mouth. Established in 2006 by a French nature enthusiast, the Vientiane orchid farm is biodiversity conservation in the area.

Morning or afternoon, you will be picked up at your hotel then transfer to visit Wat Si Muang, which is very famous for its supernatural power. Next, we transfer about 45 minutes away to visit Buddha Park known which is known as Xieng Khuan. On the way, stop and take photos of the Friendship Bridge which was built by the Australian government in 1994 and links Laos and Thailand There are approximately 200 religious images dating back over 500 years, which were created by a mysterious monk spreading his philosophy on life and revealing his ideas about the universe. Arrival the park, stroll around the Park, you feel the quiet and tranquil setting along the Mekong River a contrast to the slightly eccentric sculptures which were built in 1958 by a Laos’s shaman. The concrete sculptures are bizarre but intriguing, sitting majestically in the peaceful park.

Afternoon, transfer out of city to visit the orchid farm, where you can find more than 2 000 plants, in 300 different orchid species coming from different parts of the country. The orchids are arranged by species in a beautiful green garden in Vientiane. A spectacular view over the Mekong River at sunset is a perfect way to finish the day. Return to your hotel.
