Located 26km south of Chiang Mai, the ancient city of is known as Hariphunchai Kingdom founded in 660, making it become the oldest city of Thailand. The remnants of the old fortified city walls and the surrounding moat are still evident. In this trip, step back in time by visit old wats and a traditional handicraft village of Pa Sang.

Located south of Chiang Mai, the ancient town of Lampoon has managed to retain its traditional charms over the years. It is home to many ancient temples, including Wat Phrathat Haripoonchai, which boasts a Pagoda housing a relic of the Lord Buddha. Wat Jamathevi is situated just outside the western gate of Lampoon and it too has an interesting Pagoda, this one showing a Mon tribal influence. Both temples are over 1000 years old and a visiting them is like taking a step through time. This tour concludes with a visit to Pa-Sang, a village famed for its local industries including Thai cotton weaving.
